Faststream are working with a major Oil & Gas company to recruit new members of staff to join their growing London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career and join a well-known oil & gas company.

The Company - 
They cover a vast number of areas in the Energy world. From fabrication to procurement to Renewables and Upstream production. They are increasing growth in the company and looking to higher to match the company increasing workload.

The Role -
To provide HR administrative support to their HR Operations team. Carry out any ad hoc HR administration and stand-in support. To co-ordinate the preparation of all relevant documentation.
  • Preparation of MS office based documents which include: reports, procedures, contracts, employee booklets, letters (e.g. start date letter, termination letter, confirmation of employment, etc.), presentation material, forms and general correspondence and any ad-hoc HR related materials
  • Organise employee electronic personal folders
  • Assist in the ‘employee communications’ initiative
  • Manage travel arrangements
  • Filing, organising files, developing and maintaining documents (electronic and printed documents)
  • Assist in other areas as activity increases
  • Initiate employees’ medical insurance
  • Supporting employees’ relocation and mobilisation processes
The Person - 
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • Relevant University degree (HR or similar)
  • CIPD accreditation would be advantageous
  • Experience working within an international organisation would be advantageous
  • Relevant experience in a similar role and experience managing multiple administrative tasks
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Ability to identify and set priority actions, managing a heavy, complex and ever changing workload
  • Effectively manage own time and deal competently with a variety of activities and projects
  • Problem solving and decision making capability
  • Ability to demonstrate integrity and confidentiality
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to show initiative and assume added responsibilities when appropriate
  • Awareness and appreciation of multicultural organisations and work groups
  • Fluent in English, but other languages alongside this would be beneficial
