The Responsibilities of the position are as follows:
- Ensure proper documentation is done - Preparation of quotations and rates/ Draft BL and issue invoices
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Handle customs permit for Airfreight, Seafreight (LCL & FCL), courier and cross border trucking arrangements
- Liaison person with suppliers, warehouses and various overseas agents/ carriers
