The Role:
Responsibilities-
• Lead and manage the design, testing, and implementation of mooring systems, often for offshore floating wind farms.
• Use Orcaflex software to perform analyses and simulations of mooring systems.
• Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and innovations, and integrate them into project designs.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have experience in the floating wind platform industry, and be able to apply their expertise in designing, testing, and implementing mooring systems for their projects. Requirements-
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in mooring systems design, testing, and implementation.

• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to project sites, if required.
