Faststream Recruitment is partnering with a global shipping and logistics leader on a major transformation initiative. We are seeking a Knowledge & Change Management Lead to drive adoption, knowledge retention, and organizational readiness across a critical operational systems project.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement knowledge and change strategies to support project success.
  • Build and manage a central knowledge repository and training frameworks (manuals, guides, videos).
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness planning.
  • Define success metrics for change adoption, knowledge transfer, and business readiness.
  • Facilitate lessons learned and ensure knowledge continuity across teams.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, IT, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 8+ years’ experience in large-scale transformation, ERP, or enterprise change programs.
  • Preferred: Master’s or formal Change Management training (PROSCI, ADKAR).
  • Experience in shipping, logistics, or operations-intensive industries is an advantage.
