Potential for Ship to Shore Opportunity

Are you ready to step ashore and put your seagoing experience to work in a technical management role?
We’re working on behalf of a well-established shipowner based just south of Rotterdam. They’re looking for a Vessel Manager to join their team – someone with solid sea time who’s ready to take ownership of day-to-day vessel operations from the shore side.
You’ll be the key point of contact between ship and shore, managing everything from maintenance and budgets to dry docks and class compliance. You won’t just be pushing paperwork – you’ll be hands-on, solving problems, and supporting the crew to keep things running smoothly.
What they’re looking for:
- You’ve sailed as at least a 2nd Engineer (Chief is a bonus)
- Ideal to already have shoreside experience but open to ship to shore.
- You know your way around vessel operations, planned maintenance, and budgets.
- You’re based in the Netherlands.
- Open to vessel type.
