Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's digital and IT transformation strategy, aligning with global business objectives
- Oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, and business systems to ensure scalability and resilience
- Drive innovation, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making across functions
- Partner with senior leadership to identify new opportunities and optimize technology investments
- Foster a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement within IT and business teams
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive IT leadership, including at least 5 years in leading digital transformation
- Proven track record in leveraging technology to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management experience
- Strategic mindset with hands-on experience driving innovation and operational efficiency
