Job Description

We are seeking a talented HR Executive / Manager to join a leading trading company. If you have 2 to 4 years of experience in HR functions and are ready to contribute to our growth, we want to hear from you.

Roles & Responsibilities 
  • Support recruitment process. 
  • Create, update and maintain HR policies & procedures.
  • Handle all the foreign work pass application, renewals and cancellation for employees/candidates.
  • Manage Company’s internship program.
  • Plan, prepare and coordinate annual manpower budgeting exercise.
  • Liaise and handle industrial relations matters.
  • Provide HR support in projects relating to improvements or enhancements of HR operations.
  
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with 2 years’ experience in HR
  • Experienced in working with overseas offices will be advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act.
  • Possess good planning and organizing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
