Roles & Responsibilities
- Support recruitment process.
- Create, update and maintain HR policies & procedures.
- Handle all the foreign work pass application, renewals and cancellation for employees/candidates.
- Manage Company’s internship program.
- Plan, prepare and coordinate annual manpower budgeting exercise.
- Liaise and handle industrial relations matters.
- Provide HR support in projects relating to improvements or enhancements of HR operations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with 2 years’ experience in HR
- Experienced in working with overseas offices will be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act.
- Possess good planning and organizing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
