Key Responsibilities:
- Safety System Support: Assist in maintaining and enhancing the company’s Safety Management System, including updates to manuals, circulars, and notices across the fleet.
- ERP Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between ship management teams and stakeholders to address HSEQ-related issues within the ERP system used for core operations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, review, and report on HSEQ objectives and KPIs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across the fleet.
- Documentation & Certification: Support internal systems and processes such as QDMS (Quality Document Management System), assist with certification and audits, and troubleshoot daily HSEQ matters.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive unification and integration across fleets, and plan for future deployments.
- Digital Projects: Contribute to the rollout of mobile digital solutions for LNG and tanker fleet operations.
- Diploma or degree in Nautical Studies, Marine Engineering, or Maritime Business.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the marine or ship management industry, ideally with exposure to HSEQ functions.
- Familiarity with ISM, ISPS, MLC, TMSA, SIRE, and ISO standards is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Strong written and spoken English, with solid documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Well-organised, detail-oriented, and proactive team player.
