Our Client, a leading international ship management company is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to join their Singapore office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a maritime professional with strong LNG/LPG background to take on a senior shore-based role with regional impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Safety Management System.
Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend preventive measures.
Monitor and analyze HSEQ objectives, KPIs, and fleet performance.
Manage certification processes and ensure compliance with international standards (ISM, ISPS, MLC, TMSA, SIRE, ISO).
Drive initiatives in cyber security and ICT systems for vessels.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on HSEQ and digital projects, including ERP (smartPAL) and mobile app development.

Requirements:

Deck Class 1 Certificate of Competency.
Sailed as Master on LNG or LPG (Ammonia) vessels.
At least 8 -10 years of shore experience in a major ship management company or oil major.
Strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, TMSA, SIRE, and ISO standards.
Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and BI tools.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
