Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all HSE programs and procedures are followed, and corrective action is taken when necessary.
- Provide technical guidance to HSE team and other stakeholders on HSE matters and ensure the implementation of HSE initiatives.
- Keep up-to-date with new HSE regulations and ensure that the company is compliant with all regulatory requirements.
- Ability to lead small team.
Requirements:
- Degree in related field.
- Office based experience.
- Proven track record of developing, implementing and managing HSE programs and initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, and experience with relevant certifications (e.g. NEBOSH, ISO 14001, OSHA, etc.)
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience on greenfield FEED projects.
