Faststream are working with a major EPC to add an HSE Lead to their team on a 12-month PAYE contract basis. This is a hybrid role based out of London.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that all HSE programs and procedures are followed, and corrective action is taken when necessary.
  • Provide technical guidance to HSE team and other stakeholders on HSE matters and ensure the implementation of HSE initiatives.
  • Keep up-to-date with new HSE regulations and ensure that the company is compliant with all regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to lead small team.

Requirements:
  • Degree in related field.
  • Office based experience.
  • Proven track record of developing, implementing and managing HSE programs and initiatives
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, and experience with relevant certifications (e.g. NEBOSH, ISO 14001, OSHA, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience on greenfield FEED projects.
