Job Description

I am exclusively supporting a leading global offshore vessel owner and operator, who have an exciting newly created role for an HR Officer within their Crewing Department, in Aberdeen. 

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the vessels are properly crewed at all times. You will work with other departments to ensure that the right personnel are selected for the vessels, and that they hold the relevant certification, training and visas etc to sail on the vessels they are assigned to.

The ideal candidate will have:-
  • Knowledge of the Marine Industry
  • Previous experience in an HR generalist role within HR
  • Experience with logistical duties 
  • Knowledge of marine certification / crewing experience desirable but not essential
  • Proficient in the use of Word & Excel
