Faststream is recruiting for a HR Manager to join a modern 6* boutique cruise line. The client offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to assist in leading the onboard Human Resources operation onboard a cruise line known for its high level of care for their staff and guests on their award winning ships. The expanding fleet offers excellent progression opportunities to successful candidates.

The role offers:

The desired candidate will have the following:

  • Experience in delivering high level HR operations onboard a cruise ship
  • C1D Visa and all STCW up to date
  • Availability to join immediately
