Our client a dynamic and rapidly growing Maritime company with over 50 years of experience is seeking a Group HR Director to lead across several offices internationally.
As the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s HR strategy alongside senior management. You will be responsible for the global development of employee conditions, HR operations, and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute organic growth.
- Oversee secondments between offices and ensure smooth transitions.
- Manage local conditions (e.g., cost of living, salary levels, work permits, local employment laws) across various regions.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies within the HR department and the wider company.
- Design and implement global career development policies to support employee growth and retention.
- Design and implement efficient HR processes, ensuring that systems support key activities such as onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, salary, and bonus regulations, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
- 10+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on corporate strategy and organisational development.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
