Faststream is currently searching for a HR Business Partner to work for a global shipping company in either their Miami or Vancouver offices.
This role will be to oversee the operational HR needs across Canada, USA and Brazil. You will be responsible for multiple countries independently and delivering the local and global HR agenda. It will include management of all recruitment, onboarding, exit interviews as well as reporting annual performance, development processes, HR metrics and employee data - dealing with salary reviews, pay, benefits, staff turnover etc.
You will need to have strong previous experience in HR role and a bachelor's degree is very beneficial. Fluency in English is required and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese very advantageous.
