Our client has several hubs around the UK, are pleased to offer remote, hybrid or office based working, meaning your base in the UK can be flexible as long as you are happy to travel from time to time to come into the office.
In this role, you will be responsible for heading up and managing the on & offshore HR, as well as hold overall responsibility for leading and managing the crewing department UK-wide for a large fleet of vessels.
The ideal candidate will have:-
- Experience in marine crewing
- Strong HR background
- Knowledge of marine, offshore and sea faring certification is essential
- Proven people management experience
- Ability to travel within the UK
- Be based permanently in the UK
