Faststream Recruitment are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a leading international business specializing in the storage and transportation of bulk liquids and chemicals on a fixed-term contract basis.
Our client is looking for HR support to join the business from their busy storage and distribution terminal based in Dagenham, where you will be the HR contact on site and be working as an interface between site and their international head office in the Netherlands.
You will be the day to contact for both manager and employees on site for any HR matters. You will be expected to deal with any incoming HR issues and handle appropriately. It is also expected that you will be involved in the improvement of HR processes on site, work on the standardization and the updating of HR policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate is likely to be degree qualified with significant HR experience. You should be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of HR processes and cases and ideally come from an operational / industrial background.
