Job Description

Seeking a talented HR Admin Executive to join a leading Owner company. If you have 2 to 4 years of experience in HR functions and are ready to contribute to the growth of an organization, I would love to hear from you.

The role:
  • Maintain office facilities, manage stationery inventory, and oversee pantry supplies.
  • Coordinate local and international courier services efficiently.
  • Facilitate the relocation process for expatriates.
  • Handle travel arrangements and secure hotel accommodations for visitors.
  • Liaise with IT vendors for resolving related issues.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks.
  • Administer various HR functions including benefits, claims, leave management, work pass procedures, insurance, and employee data maintenance.
  • Organize company events and undertake other assigned duties.
The requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of overall work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated patience and responsibility in previous roles.
