The role:
- Maintain office facilities, manage stationery inventory, and oversee pantry supplies.
- Coordinate local and international courier services efficiently.
- Facilitate the relocation process for expatriates.
- Handle travel arrangements and secure hotel accommodations for visitors.
- Liaise with IT vendors for resolving related issues.
- Perform general office administrative tasks.
- Administer various HR functions including benefits, claims, leave management, work pass procedures, insurance, and employee data maintenance.
- Organize company events and undertake other assigned duties.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of overall work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated patience and responsibility in previous roles.
