Previous administration experience within Housekeeping or the hotel/hospitality industry is essential for this position. If you are highly organised, Excel-proficient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting operational teams, I would love to hear from you!
This role offers:
- 6 months on 2 months off rotation
- $1,500 per month
- Worldwide Itinerary
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role within Housekeeping or hotel operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Experience managing reports, logs, schedules and confidential documentation
- Experience working within the hospitality industry
- Valid STCW (or ability to obtain)
- Valid C1/D Visa (or ability to obtain)
- Fluent in English and one other language
