This senior leadership role oversees the overall operation of the onboard hotel division, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while delivering strong operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all hotel operations onboard including Guest Services, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, Retail, and Spa
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service across all departments
- Manage hotel revenue, budgets, and operational costs
- Lead, develop, and motivate a large multicultural team
- Work closely with senior shipboard leadership to ensure smooth operations and compliance
- Previous experience as Hotel Director within the cruise industry or a large scale luxury hotel.
- Experience managing large hotel operations in a cruise or luxury hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Financial and operational management experience
- Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage
