- Proven track record as a Head Waiter in high-end restaurants or luxury cruise lines.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in at least conversational Japanese is mandatory.
- Comprehensive understanding of international cuisines and fine dining etiquette.
