We are actively seeking a seasoned ship agency professional to join our team as a General Manager for a Hamburg-based Port Agency Group. In this pivotal role, you will lead the expansion of our in-house Port Agency, providing crew-related services in the ports of Hamburg and Bremen.
Responsibility:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing and managing projects to broaden our service portfolio. Your role will also include transitioning from an in-house set-up to a standalone company and establishing an organizational structure to accommodate the needs of our growing client base.
