In this newly created role, you will oversee the safe, efficient, and cost-effective technical management of a fleet of tanker vessels. You'll work closely with superintendents, crew, and clients to ensure vessels are maintained in optimal condition and comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards. This includes monitoring vessel performance, managing budgets, coordinating dry dockings, and responding to technical issues or emergencies as needed. Your leadership will be key in supporting crew readiness, operational reliability, and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements
- Former Chief Engineer and working experience with tankers either at sea or ashore.
- Ideally with prior shore-based experience leading a team as Assistant Fleet Manager or Senior Superintendent.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
