Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a leading multinational company in the Navigation System space to identify a Field Service Engineer (Subsea, Marine) for their Singapore operations.
About the Job
- You will be responsible for provide customer support, commissioning, and service for Ocean Technologies products.
- Offer technical support globally via desk/mobile devices.
- Maintain client relationships and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Commission, service, and repair underwater systems, conduct workshop tests, and facilitate technical preparations.
- Act as a liaison between customers and headquarters for pre-commissioning/commissioning, maintenance, and operation.
- Cover territories in South-East Asia, Oceania, and potentially other regions.
- Minimum Bachelor's/Diploma in electrical/electronic or Mechatronics.
- At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
- Direct technical experience with Single/Multi-beam systems, underwater acoustics systems, and more.
- Proficient in MS Office, marine survey software, data formats, and computer network systems.
- Detail-oriented, customer-centric, team player, and willing to travel on short notice.
