Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join a global Ocean Cruise giant. This pivotal role is responsible for the overall culinary operation, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all galley outlets onboard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a multinational galley team 
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-end cuisine across multiple outlets
  • Maintain strict compliance with USPH and HACCP standards
  • Collaborate with onboard departments for smooth culinary operations
  • Oversee ordering, inventory control, and cost management
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as an Executive Chef on a premium cruise line
  • Proven ability to manage large teams in a high-volume, fine-dining environment
  • Strong understanding of USPH and food safety standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
