Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and prioritize the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, while ensuring full agenda awareness and preparedness.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Director, including emails, correspondence, and phone calls.
- Plan and coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, reports, and presentations as required.
- Attend selected meetings to take minutes and follow up on action items, distributing summaries where necessary.
- Act as a key point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, including advisors, partners, and service providers.
- Support special projects, including research, coordination of information, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Manage day-to-day administrative matters, including overseeing office supplies, vendors, and general office coordination as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally supporting senior or C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
