Job Description

Are you an Electronic Technician looking to level up your career with a unique hybrid role that blends office-based tech support with hands-on offshore work? We've got just the opportunity for you.

This role offers the best of both worlds—a solid base ashore with the excitement of joining commercial offshore vessels for project work throughout the year. You'll play a critical role in supporting network and communication systems onboard from the office, and when it's go-time, you'll be out there installing and upgrading cutting-edge equipment on-site.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Office-based support for onboard ETs handling complex electronic, network, and comms issues.
  • Underway assignments on offshore vessels for hands-on projects and installations. Trip lengths maybe 4-10 weeks with limited comms.
  • Collaboration with a team that's as passionate about tech and the sea as you are.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Prior offshore or maritime experience? Great—but not essential.
  • Experience with avionics, military, or defense electronics? Also great—we'd love to hear from you.
  • You must reside in Virginia for easy commuting to our office when needed.
  • US Citizenship is required, as security clearance (or eligibility for one) is part of the deal.
Why This Job Rocks:
  • Competitive compensation, including field pay and performance bonuses
  • CompTIA certifications and ongoing technical training
  • All travel fully covered
  • Top-tier benefits package (seriously, it’s good)
So if you're ready for a role that keeps your brain engaged, your skills sharp, and your workdays far from ordinary—apply now or reach out to learn more!
