Job Description

Faststream are working with a fast growing engineering consultancy to add an E&I Manager to head up their team. The client are happy for the successful candidate to work out of any of their offices, which are: Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Bristol, and Nottingham. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home with flexible working hours. 

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and ensuring successful execution of engineering projects. 
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for the E&I aspects of client projects across Hydrogen, Decarbonisation, Oil and Gas, and Renewables sectors, for both FEED and full project lifecycles.
  • Contribute to technical and commercial bids, and participate in other business development activities.
  • Ensure team are meeting KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Relevant engineering degree (relevant experience can also be acceptable)
  • Acted up to at least Principal or Lead level engineer. 
  • Experience leading engineering teams.
  • Preferably a Chartered Engineer or actively pursuing chartered status.
Must have right to work in the UK.
