Faststream are recruiting exclusively on behalf of Ofiniti, a fast-growing SaaS company and a leading operational platform for maritime.
They’re looking to appoint an Experienced Customer Success Manager to take ownership of key global accounts, ensuring customers get maximum value from Ofiniti’s platform while helping the company scale its international footprint.
The Opportunity
You’ll manage a portfolio of customers from SME’s to global enterprises, driving adoption, engagement, and retention. More than that, you’ll act as a strategic partner, guiding clients through the platform, spotting opportunities for expansion, and feeding insights back to Platform, Technology and Engineering teams to help shape the roadmap.
This is not a transactional support role. You’ll work within a structured Customer Success function, collaborating with skilled internal teams, with a focus on delivering long-term value and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own relationships with assigned customers and be the main point of contact for all success-related matters
- Drive customer adoption, engagement, and retention metrics
- Lead onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth platform adoption
- Provide actionable customer feedback to Platform, Technology, and Sales teams
- Identify growth opportunities and support expanding engagement and initiatives within existing and incoming accounts
- Document and improve internal processes, workflows, and knowledge resources
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction
- Support the Director of Customer Success in shaping and improving the customer success strategy, going beyond execution to help design how we deliver value to customers
- Proven experience in Customer Success, or similar roles, ideally within SaaS or digital platforms
- Track record of managing enterprise or strategic accounts successfully
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, proactive mindset
- Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (Pipedrive or similar) for reporting and forecasting
- Curious about digital products and confident discussing customer needs with technical teams
- Fluent in English
