Our client is a reputable and renowned company in Singapore and Faststream is proud to be partnering with them as they are looking for a Crewing Manager to join the team.
Your main objective will be to ensure that the vessels are at all times manned by the required number of experienced staff.
You will be required to oversee the crewing team and investigate ways to restructure the crewing operations and make improvements to the system.
You will need to have an approachable personality with prior experience as a Crewing Manager. Bunker experience will be an advantage.
