What Will You Do?
We are seeking a talented Crewing Coordinator to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee all crewing activities for our diverse fleet, working closely with an operational team based in Manila.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Crewing Coordinator, your role will entail:
- Overseeing efficient crewing services provided by our dedicated team
- Ensuring adherence to defined crewing and vessel policies for onboard crews
- Developing and maintaining the manning pool
- Facilitating crew retention efforts
- Updating and implementing crew policies and processes
- Managing crew recruitment approval procedures
- Implementing crew training and development initiatives
- Monitoring crewing operational expenditure
- Analyzing crew-related data and taking necessary actions
Reporting Structure:
You will report to senior management within our organization. Regular visits to our vessels, operating worldwide, are expected, and you will be a member of the Emergency Response Team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a multinational marine environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
- Knowledge of international social security and labour laws related to marine employment
- Willingness to travel internationally
