In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of the shipyard, with particular focus on projects involving electrical systems and integration. You'll oversee commercial strategy development, manage client relationships, and lead contract negotiations while ensuring competitive and accurate cost estimations for shipbuilding and conversion projects. Working closely with engineering, procurement, and planning teams, you'll ensure that all technical and electrical scopes are aligned with project budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Maritime Studies, or a related field
- Strong understanding of shipbuilding contracts, cost estimation, and project execution processes
- Solid technical appreciation of vessel electrical systems and integration requirements
- Proven ability to lead client negotiations, tender processes, and cross-functional coordination
