The Role
You will be responsible for driving the global commercial and BD strategy for offshore ship management, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Working closely with senior regional stakeholders, you will:
- Develop and execute a worldwide BD plan across Floater and OSV markets.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline, securing new contracts with oil majors, independents, asset owners, and charterers.
- Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, and high-value proposals to deliver competitive, profitable solutions.
- Cultivate and grow key accounts, driving cross-selling and long-term retention.
- Represent the business at international industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

- Proven senior commercial/BD leadership experience in offshore oil & gas marine.
- Proven success in winning and growing FPSO/FSO and OSV contracts across regions.
- A strong global network with oil majors, independents, and asset owners.
- Expertise in contract negotiation, pricing, and risk management.
- The ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment and lead across cultures.
- A proactive, innovative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
- Willingness to travel worldwide.
