Faststream is currently looking for a Commercial Assistant to work for a global feeder company in Dubai.
This role will be a strong support function for the commercial team in their office. You will be responsible for coordinating rates and keeping systems and tariff data up-to-date. This will involve maintaining price and coastal tariffs, alongside tender and benchmark rates. It will also cover bunker coordination, customer liaison and following service updates.
You will need to have relevant shipping experience ideally within container shipping, customer service and strong administration skills. Those already based in the UAE will be prioritized.
