In a role with our organization, you will join a team of 16 talented and welcoming colleagues. We are already working with a broad range of clients, shipowners, and charterers, across the globe. Having made a good foundation, your role will be to develop the business pipeline even further and deliver on our ambitious growth targets.

In this role, you will develop business opportunities and take responsibility for our continued revenue growth globally, expand our market-share, and, together with your team, handle the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics.
In details, your main responsibilities will be:
  • Developing and executing growth strategies together with the Managing Director
  • Forecasting revenue generation, overseeing all revenue channel developments, and introducing new sales channels and strategic partnerships where relevant, to continuously ensure the revenue pipeline is expanding.
  • Taking ownership and organizing the sales activities globally, ensuring best utilization of your team, hereunder continuously improving and optimizing the sales process.
  • Personally prospecting and developing opportunities for large/strategic accounts by providing account leadership in the pre- and post-sales process for your own accounts/clients.
  • Ensuring effective delivery of services across all accounts together with the Technical Director and Head of Operations.
  • Increasing the general industry knowledge of your team, while understanding and staying ahead of the competing solutions in the market.
As the new Client Director, we expect that you can contribute with the following:
  • We are looking for a driven and experienced commercial people leader, coming from the shipping industry, with a well-established network in either Far East, Middle East, Europe, and/or the Americas.
  • You have a comprehensive understanding and experience within maritime services and sales from previous B2B or B2C roles, and you have a proven record of building valuable relationships and getting stakeholders engaged by displaying effective account management.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of the commercial constellations between shipowners, charterers, and technical managers in shipping.
  • Having a technical background/understanding or having been exposed to vessel energy efficiency work is a clear advantage.
  • You are a pragmatic and motivational leader, who can get a team engaged and rallied around ambitious targets to deliver great results. You are an inspirational communicator and recognized as a highly motivated self-starter.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
