This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage a varied caseload, provide commercial legal advice, and work closely with experienced claims professionals, lawyers, and industry experts. The successful candidate will be well-versed in maritime law and capable of handling matters from initial instruction to resolution.

- Previous experience within a P&I Club or handling marine claims is preferred
- This role would suit someone with experience at a P&I Club or within a shipping law firm.

- Confident in reserving, managing case strategy, and working independently
- Two-stage interview process
- All new joiners are supported with an in-office induction period to help get acquainted with systems and the team
- While the standard hybrid model is two days in the London office (Tues & Wed), many team members choose to come in more frequently
