Responsibilities:

Handle oil trading contract claims with finesse, proposing feasible solutions to maximize results.
Negotiate with suppliers' counterparts to achieve win-win solutions.
Efficiently manage demurrage claims, preventing any potential snowball effect.
Identify and report potential risks to the company.
Compile monthly trading demurrage reports and handle ad-hoc inquiries.
Maintain smooth relationships with counterparts and foster teamwork across departments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in maritime, shipping, logistics, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in shipping or oil trading.
Strong understanding of Incoterms and Charter party /Laytime provisions
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
