Faststream Recruitment are working with a growing Hydrographic Surveying company. As the Chief Surveyor you will be joining a busy and friendly company with a great forward workload and great opportunity for career development. Duties will include:
  • Overseeing and advising on technical aspects of conducting hydrographic survey operations including vessel mobilisation, data acquisition, processing and reporting of hydrographic data
  • Assisting with technical queries from clients and company team members and problem-solving for colleagues working offshore
  • Assisting with compilation of company hydrographic survey procedures and policies, including those required for complying with ISO accreditations.
  • Liaising with clients to provide technical survey advise, tenders and results in appropriate formats
  • Supporting the hydrographic survey manager to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Contributing to hydrographic survey strategies regarding projects, tasks, and operations current and future.
