A growing player in the dry bulk commodities trade (think iron ore, coal, agri cargoes) is strengthening its commercial chartering arm in Singapore. They're active across Asia and West Africa, with a robust cargo flow and a sharp focus on strategic growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading vessel fixtures (time/voyage) across Capesize, Panamax, Supramax, and Handy segments
Managing full-cycle operations — from fixture to redelivery, bunker planning to laytime settlement
Navigating port intel, CP terms, performance reviews, DA estimates, and everything in between
Collaborating with brokers, owners, PNI clubs, agents, and internal stakeholders
Staying ahead of the curve on freight markets, risk, FFAs, and new trends

What You’ll Need:

3–5+ years in a commercial chartering/ops role (shipowner/operator/trader)
Strong grasp of CP clauses, voyage economics, and market movement
Proactive mindset with the ability to handle multitasking in a high-velocity setup
Great communication and stakeholder management skills
