Faststream are working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that helps enterprise customers clearly understand and realise value from technology. They’re hiring a Business Value Consultant, a customer-facing individual contributor role sitting between sales, consulting, and strategy.

The focus is simple: help enterprise customers see the value, believe the numbers, and move deals forward.

What you’ll be doing
  • Building ROI models and business cases to support complex enterprise software deals
  • Partnering with Enterprise AEs on live opportunities, including discovery and value storytelling
  • Running customer interviews to uncover and quantify value drivers
  • Supporting POVs and POCs with clear, measurable success criteria
  • Turning what works into repeatable value frameworks, benchmarks, and playbooks
  • Feeding real customer insight back into Product, Engineering, and Marketing
What they’re looking for
  • 3–5+ years in value engineering, consulting, presales, or solution consulting
  • Proven experience building ROI models for enterprise software
  • Comfortable supporting $200k–$1m+ deals
  • Strong stakeholder skills, from operators to C-suite
  • Solid analytical capability (Excel / financial modelling)
  • Clear, concise communicator with a commercial mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, low-structure environment
Nice to have
  • Experience in Maritime, Industrial, Logistics, or Operations
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC or enterprise value frameworks
  • Additional languages
