We’re looking for a commercially minded, strategically sharp individual to spearhead business development efforts across the region, with the full support of a well-established international network.

The Opportunity?
Our client is well known for its mechanical control and diesel engine services – but the focus is shifting towards cleaner, greener, and more future-proof solutions. This role is designed for someone ready to help steer that shift across the Nordics, working closely with senior leadership and representing all global offices in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales & Business Development activities across the Nordics, representing global offices and services
- Partner with the VP for Europe to shape and deliver a clear, scalable growth strategy
- Promote existing service lines while driving the development of new Environmental and Sustainability offerings
- Build on existing relationships and develop new ones across both traditional and emerging markets
- Represent and grow partnerships with regional principals and service providers
- Take charge of strategic planning, budgeting, reporting, and customer engagement across the region
- Plan and conduct client visits, ensuring clear follow-ups and consistent communication
- Help lay the groundwork for establishing a future Representative Office in the Nordics
- A commercially driven, technically aware professional with a strong track record in business development and sales strategy
- Experience in the maritime or adjacent engineering services sectors
- A genuine interest in sustainability and the evolution of the maritime industry
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills
- Fluent in doing business across Scandinavia/Nordics, with strong local insight and networks
