Join our team as a Business Development Manager, specializing in Engine and Turbine Governing, Control, Monitoring, and Safety Systems, as well as Electrical Power Systems. Lead our sales efforts with a deep understanding of the Scandinavian market.
Requirements;
- University degree/Diploma in mechanical/marine/electrical engineering or related field
 - Proven sales experience in Scandinavia, with a focus on ship repair, power plants, or the oil and gas industry
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
 - Technical knowledge of ship repair, especially engine and electrical repair
 - Strong IT skills
 - Willingness to travel
 - Hands-on engineer experience is a bonus
 
- Develop and implement sales and marketing objectives
 - Plan and manage business portfolios/territories according to market development strategies
 - Collaborate closely with the technical division
 - Execute sales and marketing strategies, integrating personal efforts with organized activities
 - Authorize contracts within approved frameworks
 - Coordinate with the Finance department regarding payments
 - Hunt new business within the Northern European region
