Faststream have partnered with an international organisation who are leaders in providing specialist maritime services to a range of clients globally. They have a strong base of clients across APAC and are now looking to expand their reach and open an office in Singapore.

They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing, pioneering team in Singapore. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established organisation and help drive their business forward in this region.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual that will help to lead and manage the company's business growth efforts across Southeast Asia.

You will be required to conduct market research and, in turn, develop and implement a strong sales strategy for the business. This will involve fostering a good rapport and strong relationships with the primary figures across the industry, helping to grow the portfolio and expand the company's share in the marketplace.

The successful candidate will also be required to manage the in-bound sales team, to guide and mentor them, to enable maximum sales success. 

For this role you will need to be self-motivated and a 'go-getter'. You will be a curious individual who likes to ask questions and solve problems. Strong interpersonal skills and being able to thrive in a client facing role is imperative for this position.
