Faststream have partnered with a dynamic, international organisation who are experts in the provision of design, engineering and construction services to the offshore industries.
They are looking to attract and engage a Business Development Manager cum General Manager to help lead and drive their business forward in the APAC region.
The key responsibilities of this position will be to provide leadership for the APAC team and expand the market share of this organisation in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.
You will be required to conduct market research and, in turn, develop and implement a strong sales strategy for the business. This will involve fostering a good rapport and strong relationships with the primary figures across the industry, helping to win projects and to expand the company's share in the marketplace.
For this role you will need to be self-motivated and a 'go-getter'. You will be a curious individual who likes to ask questions and solve problems. Strong interpersonal skills and being able to thrive in a client facing role is imperative for this position.
This role does not require leadership and sales experience however without this, you must have a strong, proven technical understanding and experience in the offshore industry, specifically with floating assets, mooring and buoys.
