Key Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Technical Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in the technical management of their fleet, including:
- Supporting senior technical staff in ensuring vessels operate efficiently and safely.
- Conducting inspections and assessments of vessel conditions.
- Coordinating and overseeing planned maintenance activities.
- Assisting in the procurement of spare parts and technical supplies.
- Monitoring vessel budgets and optimizing cost-efficiency.

- Experience working on-board in the cruise industry.
- Class 2 or Class 3 Engineer, BSc in Marine Mechanical/Marine/Electrical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Membership of IMarEST or similar professional body is desirable.
- Flexible and able to collaborate across departments.
- Seagoing or ship repair/building experience is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to a 24/7/365 operational environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Must be based in the UK
