In this role, you'll support the technical management of vessels, working closely with internal departments and appointed ship managers to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. You'll be involved in vessel performance monitoring, dry-docking planning, and providing technical advice to optimise maintenance and reliability. Key requirements:
- Degree or diploma in a maritime-related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a seasoned Technical Executive or Assistant Technical Superintendent
- Prior sailing experience as a marine engineer will be an advantage and not mandatory
- Familiar with vessel maintenance, dry-docking, class and flag requirements
- Strong motivation to build a long-term career within a reputable shipowner
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and analytical skills
