Faststream is recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a 6* boutique cruise line. The client offers an opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to bring their expertise and progress their career working for a highly successful cruise line who are seen as one of the best lines to work for within the industry.

The desired candidate will have the following:
  • Fluency in Japanese and English language is essential.
  • Knowledge and expertise of Asian cuisine very beneficial.
  • 5* or 6* cruise ship experience required
  • Proven experience supervising/managing a fine dining restaurant and the expectations of highly discerning guests. 
  • Availability to join immediately
