In this role, you'll support the smooth execution of newbuild and/or conversion projects - from project planning and documentation, to budget tracking, stakeholder coordination, and technical reviews. You’ll assist senior project leaders, manage documentation and risk tools, coordinate contractors, and ensure all project activities align with best practices and company standards. You'll also help manage sub-projects, track procurement milestones, and support regular reporting across internal and external teams.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination or project management, with exposure to new build and/or vessel conversion projects, ideally within the marine industry
- Strong grasp of scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and project documentation processes
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, contracts, and specifications
- Clear communicator with excellent time management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
