Faststream is currently searching for an Assistant Line Manager to work with a global container shipping company in their Barcelona office.
This role will covering the ship operations for container vessels on their voyage. You will be responsible for ship optimum intake, bunker consumption, cost control, terminal contracts, claims, trade routes, space management, rate quotations and P&L to name a few. Strong experience within the container shipping industry will be required as well as knowledge of already working in a similar role.
You will be joining a sociable team with a great environment in the office. They are a global company with offices across continents and a good support system. You will need the right to work in Europe for this role and be prepared to relocate to Barcelona. The role offers hybrid working with 2 days per week from home.
