Job Responsibilities
- To perform Account Receivable duties for APAC region, mainly Singapore, Malaysia and Australia;
- Coordinate with Sales Team and ensure accurate billing of invoice to client;
- Ensure all receipts are recorded and reconciled;
- Prepare debtor listing for month-end closing purpose;
- Issue invoices on intercompany transactions;
- Backup for Weekly Sales Sheet Report.
- Assist and participate in Annual audit process with external and global auditors;
- Prepare APAC sales commission worksheets and work closely with the GMs on sales commission guidelines;
- Managing juniors under their supervision
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks
- Diploma in Accountancy or an equivalent professional certification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience, particularly with the APAC region coverage
- Possess sense of urgency and adaptability to changing environment
- Meticulous and able to meet deadlines
- Good team player, effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to commence work immediately
