Job Description

The ideal candidate would have at least 1 to 3 years of experiences working in finance.

Job Responsibilities 
  • To perform Account Receivable duties for APAC region, mainly Singapore, Malaysia and Australia;
  • Coordinate with Sales Team and ensure accurate billing of invoice to client;
  • Ensure all receipts are recorded and reconciled;
  • Prepare debtor listing for month-end closing purpose;
  • Issue invoices on intercompany transactions;
  • Backup for Weekly Sales Sheet Report.
  • Assist and participate in Annual audit process with external and global auditors;
  • Prepare APAC sales commission worksheets and work closely with the GMs on sales commission guidelines;
  • Managing juniors under their supervision
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks
Who We Are Looking For
  • Diploma in Accountancy or an equivalent professional certification
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience, particularly with the APAC region coverage
  • Possess sense of urgency and adaptability to changing environment
  • Meticulous and able to meet deadlines
  • Good team player, effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to commence work immediately
